Runs Daily at 09:00

Review Google Ads budget pacing through the latest complete calendar day. Compare month-to-date spend with a projection based on current daily budgets, recent weekday delivery patterns, remaining calendar days, campaign start and end dates, and material budget changes. Handle shared budgets without double counting and remember that an average daily budget is not a strict daily cap. Use a known business or monthly spend target when one exists. Otherwise label the comparison as configured Google Ads budget capacity and do not imply that it is the advertiser's planned budget. Identify campaign budgets that are credibly underdelivering, limited by budget, or likely to leave efficient demand uncaptured, and flag projected overspend only against a known target. Separate a budget constraint from restrictive bidding, low demand, policy, tracking, or learning issues. Provide a month-end forecast range, the evidence for each material risk, and the budget or delivery decision to consider. Do not change budgets.
