Audit Google Ads conversion tracking and alert only on issues that need attention. Inventory enabled conversion actions and review their category, origin, primary or secondary role, counting type, value settings, attribution settings, lookback windows, and recent conversion volume when available. Compare recent conversion counts and values with a longer baseline, separating a tracking drop from a traffic or demand drop and accounting for conversion lag. Look for primary goals with no recent activity despite stable traffic, possible duplicate actions with evidence that they measure the same outcome, unexpected changes, implausible values, and campaign goal overrides that conflict with the business objective. Do not treat every inactive secondary action as a problem. Report the affected action or campaign, evidence, bidding risk, and the exact tracking or goal setting to verify. Do not change conversion settings.

The primary lead action recorded no conversions for three days despite stable clicks. A second GA4 action for the same lead event also became primary after a settings change.
