Review enabled Google Ads Search keywords across the latest four complete weeks. Investigate keywords that received at least 200 impressions while earning a click through rate under 0.4%. Use this rule to create a review list rather than as automatic justification for an account change. For each candidate, examine its text and match type, available search queries and intent, clicks, cost, conversions, conversion value, conversion lag, bidding strategy, ad relevance, and existing negatives. Keep relevant brand, discovery, and strategically important traffic eligible even when engagement is weak, and explain whether targeting, keyword-to-ad alignment, or creative relevance should be improved instead. Submit exact match negative keyword additions at the candidate's ad group for administrator approval only when the traffic is clearly irrelevant, lacks useful conversion evidence, and can be excluded without blocking valuable queries or conflicting with existing targeting. Summarize the candidates reviewed, the evidence behind every proposed negative, and the relevant candidates retained without a change. If none can be excluded safely, report that no account change was needed.
