Review active Performance Max campaigns for the latest 30 days compared with the previous 30 days. Analyze campaign and asset group results, channel mix when available, available search term and search category insights, asset coverage and performance labels, placements, audience signal configuration, and product or listing group performance for retail campaigns. Allow at least six weeks of ramp time before making firm performance judgments. Identify material search demand trends, non-converting spend with enough evidence, weak asset groups, product concentration, and brand safety or placement concerns. Respect the limits of each report: do not attribute conversions to a placement when placement reporting does not support it, do not attribute performance to audience signals that have only configuration data, and do not treat hidden or aggregated search terms as exhaustive. Prioritize no more than five findings with the supporting data, confidence, and a specific recommendation. Do not make account changes.

Found three actionable PMax issues: one asset group drives 64% of spend below target ROAS, non-brand search demand is growing, and two asset groups have weak image coverage.
