Performance-based budget reallocation

Generate more value from the same planned spend by shifting budget toward efficient campaigns with room to grow. Conservative changes account for volume, constraints, recent stability, shared budgets, learning periods, and business priorities.

Review whether existing Google Ads budget can be reallocated toward stronger opportunities without increasing the account's total planned daily budget. Compare at least the latest 30 days with a longer baseline when available. Evaluate conversions, conversion value, CPA, ROAS, available marginal opportunity signals, impression share lost to budget, campaign objectives, current bidding strategy, conversion lag, shared budgets, seasonality, and recent changes. Compare only campaigns with compatible business objectives and economics. Protect brand coverage, strategic launches, experiments, campaigns still learning, and campaigns with too little evidence. Do not take budget from a campaign only because it underspent, and do not reward a campaign only because its average CPA or ROAS is best. If the relevant business target or qualified conversion definition is unavailable, explain what is missing and make no changes. Otherwise submit a small set of conservative budget changes for administrator approval, normally no more than 10% per affected budget, whose increases and decreases net to zero. Summarize the evidence, tradeoff, and projected risk for each change. If no safe reallocation exists, make no changes.
