Scope

This policy explains how Unfetch collects, uses, stores, shares, and deletes information when you use our website, authenticated service, reporting API, and connected integrations.

Information we collect

We collect information needed to provide Unfetch, including your name and email address, team memberships, brand settings, prompts, chat messages, reports, artifacts, saved dashboard content, usage records, billing email and subscription details, support communications, and technical information about how you use the service. Stripe collects and processes payment details directly. Unfetch stores billing and subscription identifiers, not complete payment card details.

Google user data

Google sign-in provides your verified email address and basic profile information for authentication. It does not grant Unfetch access to Google Ads. When a team administrator separately connects Google Ads, Unfetch stores authorization credentials and processes the selected customers' account details, campaign structure, targeting, budgets, advertisements, performance and conversion metrics, and other Google Ads data needed to provide the reports, recommendations, and account actions you request. Access is limited by the permissions configured for your team and brands.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, operate, secure, support, and improve Unfetch, provide requested reports and research, process requested account actions, enforce plan limits, administer billing, send service communications, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not use Google user data to train generalized artificial intelligence models.

Where data protection law applies, we process information as needed to perform our contract with you, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and obtain consent where the law requires it.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare for hosting, storage, security, and email delivery; OpenAI for artificial intelligence processing; Stripe for billing and payments; DataForSEO for requested keyword research; Firecrawl for requested web research; and Google for sign-in and Google Ads integration. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to Unfetch and according to their applicable terms and privacy commitments.

How we share Google user data

We share Google user data only as needed to provide requested features: with authorized team members; with service providers acting on our behalf for infrastructure, storage, security, artificial intelligence processing, support, and requested research; with Google as needed to operate connected services; or when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security. Human access is limited to user-authorized support, security, or legal compliance.

These recipients may process Google user data only for the disclosed purpose. We do not sell Google user data, share it for advertising, or transfer it to data brokers or information resellers. Unfetch's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

International processing

Unfetch and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms and provider commitments intended to protect transferred personal data.

Cookies and local storage

Unfetch uses cookies and similar local storage needed for authentication, session security, and user settings. We do not use advertising cookies.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and team content while it is needed to provide the service. Google Ads authorization credentials are retained until a team administrator disconnects the integration, at which point Unfetch revokes the authorization and deletes the local credentials. We delete or anonymize other information when the relevant account or team is deleted or following a valid deletion request, unless retention is required for billing, security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups.

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, encryption of stored Google Ads authorization tokens, access controls, and restrictions on connected account actions. No system can guarantee complete security.

Your rights and choices

You can disconnect integrations and manage team and brand access within Unfetch. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a portable copy of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise a privacy right, email support@unfetch.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority over the relevant account or team before completing a request.

Children

Unfetch is a business service intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information to Unfetch.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Unfetch or legal requirements change. We will update the date above and provide reasonable notice of material changes. If we materially change how we use Google user data, we will provide notice and obtain consent where required before using the data for the new purpose.
