Agreement and eligibility

By accessing or using Unfetch, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use Unfetch for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Accounts and teams

You must provide accurate account information and protect access to your account. Team administrators control membership, connected integrations, brand access, and billing for their teams. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that people you invite use Unfetch in accordance with these terms.

Service license and ownership

Subject to these terms, Unfetch grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and revocable right to use the service for your business purposes. Unfetch and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, branding, and documentation.

You retain ownership of the content and account data you provide. You grant Unfetch permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and provide the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide the content and connect each account.

Connected services

Unfetch can connect to services such as Google Ads. Your use of a connected service remains subject to that provider's terms. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and the permissions you grant.

Artificial intelligence output and account actions

Unfetch provides analysis, reports, recommendations, and other output generated with artificial intelligence. Output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Review it before relying on it. You remain responsible for advertising decisions, account changes, budgets, and compliance.

You remain responsible for changes made through connected accounts and for configuring access permissions appropriately.

Acceptable use

Do not use Unfetch to violate laws, infringe rights, distribute harmful software, interfere with the service, bypass security or usage limits, or access accounts and data without authorization.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed through Stripe according to the price and billing period shown when you subscribe. Your subscription renews automatically until canceled, and you authorize Stripe to charge the selected payment method for each renewal. You are responsible for applicable taxes and for keeping billing information current.

A team administrator can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, payments are nonrefundable and we do not provide credits for partial billing periods. We may change plan limits, features, or future prices prospectively and will provide reasonable notice of material price changes.

Availability and service changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service and do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error free. We will provide reasonable notice when a material change adversely affects a paid service, when practical.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Unfetch at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when these terms are violated, fees are overdue, or action is reasonably necessary to protect Unfetch, its users, or connected services. Ending a subscription does not automatically delete your account or team. After termination, your right to use the service ends and information is handled as described in the privacy policy.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unfetch is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and accuracy. We do not guarantee advertising results, the accuracy of artificial intelligence output, or the continued availability of any connected service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unfetch and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or advertising opportunities. Our total liability arising from the service or these terms will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount your team paid Unfetch for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Unfetch or legal requirements change. We will update the date above and provide reasonable notice of material changes. Changes apply prospectively from their effective date. If you do not agree to updated terms, you must stop using the service and cancel any paid subscription.
